Khaki stuffed cake, the dessert of the season

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g of persimmons
- 140 g of sugar
- 8 dl of milk
- 1 envelope of curd powder
- 1 envelope of neutral jelly

Peel and chop the persimmons. Put a saucepan on the fire with the persimmons and 100 g of sugar. Keep on low heat 15 minutes. Remove 1/3 of the mixture. Mix the rest with the gelatin and pour into a mold. Put in the fridge.

Put a saucepan on the fire with 8 dl of milk and 40 g of sugar. Add the curd envelope. Pour half of the curd into the rectangular mold and put in the fridge. Keep the other half of the curd stirring occasionally so that it does not curdle.

Once the jelly has curdled of persimmon and curd from step 2, put a rectangle of persimmon jelly on the curd. Cover with the mixture from the previous step that is not curdled and leave in the refrigerator until it solidifies. Serve with the reserved sauce.
